Beginning to end

We take care of the whole journey, or just the parts you need:

  1. Planning: we listen first, then agree on your goals, guest list, date and budget
  2. Venue: we find or book the right space for the occasion
  3. Logistics: catering, accommodation, décor, equipment, programme and suppliers
  4. Branding: banners, signage, printed programmes, name tags and branded gifts, made by us in-house
  5. On the day: we’re there to run things, solve problems quietly and keep everything on time
  6. Afterwards: we wrap up properly, so nothing is left hanging

Because we’re also a promo house, your event looks as good as it runs. Your banners, printing and branded items come from the same team that plans the event, so everything matches and nothing gets lost between suppliers.

Our own venue: Harburg Retreat and Conference Centre

We own and run Harburg Retreat and Conference Centre, so we know first-hand what makes a venue work for a group. Set away from the noise of the city, Harburg is a peaceful place to think, connect and celebrate, about 100km from Durban, 50kms from Pietermaritzburg and Baillto.

Guests can stay on site, with en-suite rooms that sleep 17, two homes that each sleep 6, and dormitories for larger groups. It’s well suited to conferences, retreats, workshops and celebrations where you want everyone together in one place.

Prefer a different setting? We organise events across KwaZulu-Natal, wherever your guests need to be. We’ll find the right venue, work with local suppliers and manage everything on the ground, so you get the same personal service wherever you are.
