About RM Promo

We help South African businesses be seen, remembered and trusted.

RM Promo started with a simple belief: good branding should be easy, honest and within reach of every business, not only the big ones. Since 2010, we’ve been helping companies, schools, organisations and entrepreneurs put their name in front of the right people, from a box of branded pens to a full conference.

We’re a promo house, which means we look after the things that carry your brand into the world: promotional items and gifts, clothing and workwear, banners and signage, printing, marketing materials, and event and conference management. One team, one point of contact, and nothing falling between the cracks.

How we work

We keep it personal. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your order. We’ll tell you if a simpler or cheaper option will do the job better, we’ll show you a proof before anything is produced, and we’ll keep you updated until it’s in your hands. You won’t get jargon or surprises from us.

Why it matters to us

We’re entrepreneurs ourselves, so we know what it feels like to stretch a budget and still want to look professional. We also believe that when small and medium businesses grow, South Africa grows with them, and more people find work. That’s why every order matters to us. It’s a chance to help another business win a client, open a door or create a job.

Giving back is part of who we are. Our community work, including founding Keep Westville Beautiful, comes from the same conviction: that ordinary people doing practical things can make a real difference.

Where we are now

We’re based in Harburg, where we also run the Harburg Retreat and Conference Centre. It gives us first-hand experience of what makes a good event work, and it’s a place we’re proud to welcome our clients to. In Durban we have a second office which handles sales.

Let’s work together

Whether you have a clear brief or just a rough idea and a deadline, we’d love to hear from you.
